We’ll provide it. Want coffee? Every floor has a stocked kitchen and lounge space. With reception services, cleaning, and utilities all included, you can enjoy a hassle-free office experience while concentrating on your company’s success.
Offices
With a variety of office sizes to choose from, we can accommodate everything from start-up businesses to large head offices. The design across the whole building incorporates lots of natural materials like timber, polished plaster and exposed brick, to give the office a nice warm feel.
All of our units have windows that open so you can circulate fresh air. They also have independent heating and cooling systems, dimmable lighting and blinds. So you can make sure the office is comfortable for you.
Breakout Spaces
Each floor in the building has its own breakout space, consisting of a kitchen, dining area and lounge with soft seating.
The kitchens are fully stocked with cutlery, milk, teas & coffee. The dining area is a great place to get away for your desk at lunch so you can refocus for the afternoon and the soft seating area is a good place to meet other businesses and develop new contacts.
Phone Booths
We have several phone booths dotted throughout the building. These are great for taking private calls when your undivided attention is required.
These are free to use on a first come first served basis.
Meeting Rooms
Given the scale of our building and the number of breakout spaces we have on site, there is always somewhere to have a quick chat. However if you do want to book a meeting room, so you can meet in person or virtually, we have many to choose from.
If you want to go the extra mile, we can help cater your meeting with tea & coffee. Simply add it to your booking, or speak to a member of staff.
Outdoor Space
Of course, in this country, working or eating outside is highly seasonal. But when the clouds do part and the sun shines, we’ve got you covered.
There is a roof terrace on the third floor, with plenty of seating and is a real suntrap. The courtyard downstairs, just off our café Bellefields, is a great place to enjoy a coffee or perhaps a brain storming session over a game of table tennis.
Lunch
Of course one of the great things about Brixton is the wonderful variety of food vendors, from Pop Brixton to The Market there is plenty to choose from. However, if you need to be quick or would like to get away from the crowds we’ve got you covered.
Bellefield’s downstairs is great for a sandwich and a drink for lunch on the go, or for something more sophisticated, try Upstairs our rooftop members club.
Upstairs
At the end of the day, when the work is done, you have to option of taking a well-deserved rest Upstairs, our rooftop members club. Complete with bar, restaurant and terrace. Keep an eye on their exciting member events.
You and your onsite staff will all get complimentary membership to Upstairs and all the benefits.
