What is a Serviced Office?
Unlike traditional office leases, serviced offices come furnished and include essential services such as reception staff, internet, utilities, cleaning, and access to meeting rooms and communal areas.
These offices are ideal for businesses seeking a professional environment without the hassle of managing and setup costs of a conventional lease. Companies can scale up or down easily, making serviced offices particularly attractive to startups, remote teams, and growing businesses.
What is a Fixed Desk?
A Fixed Desk is where individuals from different companies share a communal office. These shared amenities include breakout spaces, kitchens, meeting rooms, and communal areas. Coworking environments are popular among freelancers, remote workers, startups, and even larger businesses.
More than just providing a place to work, fixed desks offer a sense of community and collaboration, allowing professionals to network, share ideas, and potentially collaborate on projects.
What is a Hot Desk?
A Hot Desk is a flexible workspace arrangement where employees or individuals do not have assigned desks but instead use any available workstation on a first-come, first-served basis. Commonly found in coworking spaces and modern office environments, hot desking is designed to maximize space efficiency and reduce costs by avoiding unused desks.
It supports flexible working, especially for remote teams, freelancers, or employees who don’t need a permanent desk every day. Hot desking encourages mobility, collaboration, and dynamic use of office space, although it may require good organization to manage personal belongings and ensure access to needed resources.
Do I need a deposit?
Deposits are only required for the Fixed Desk and the Service Offices.
Do I need to serve notice to cancel my workspace?
Notice is only required for the Fixed Desk and the Serviced Offices.
How long is my contract?
There is no contract length for our Hot Desks. Then for the other two option, to an extent, it is up to you. Our standard agreements in both cases states a minimum contract length three months before you can serve notice. However some companies prefer the “security” of a longer contract.
