In a landscape of uncertainty, where we can't control the many moving parts, claim some space to explore the many benefits of a yoga practice.
Samantha teaches a vinyasa flow style class, syncing your breath to movement. Expect an invigorating practice (you'll be sure to sweat) and exploration of the more meditative aspects of yoga, with relaxation techniques to leave you feeling grounded. This yoga class is equal parts challenging and meditative.
This class will build your knowledge of the asana practice and alignment, whilst looking to create space for you to cultivate proprioception (for the body) and equanimity (for the mind). There's something for everyone; vinyasa beginners and those with an already established practice.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your own mat if possible.
Class will be limited numbers to ensure social distancing and new regulations, and mats will be cleaned in-between and after every session. If you are no longer able to attend please cancel your ticket to free up a spot for another member.
You must have completed a gym induction before attending any wellness classes. Please contact Kimberly to book one. If you have not completed a gym induction yet, don’t worry we will have waiver forms on the door.
